Test Description

Venient Fx Hormonal Balance and Reproductive Function Comprehensive (Male) is a disruptive, non-invasive test that provides comprehensive information on hormone balance, reproductive function, training status, and athletic profile.

It is based on a routine blood analysis and is powered by both proprietary machine learning and public algorithms, and provides highly accurate broad diagnostic information, including the likelihood of having different types of male reproductive dysfunctions, establishing its hormonal cause. It also assesses the strength and training status of the patient.

It is based primarily on the determination of the free androgenic index (FAI) and the free PSA/total PSA ratio, although it also incorporates the determination of many other male reproductive function hormones and other analytes.

It is an Evidence Based Laboratory Medicine (EBML) test developed not only in accordance with the guidelines of the American Urological Association (AUA), but also incorporating the latest scientific findings.

Screening recommendations

The United States Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) does not include any recommendations for screening men for reproductive dysfunctions and athletic status.

However, Kience Inc. recommends the Venient Fx Hormonal Balance and Reproductive Function Comprehensive (Male) test to treat all men presenting with the following symptoms, signs or suspected disease: erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, loss of libido or prostate disease; as well as any male patient interested in knowing his strength and training status with a comprehensive evaluation.
